My Guarantee: I offer a limited warranty on all of my handmade items. Because each piece is handcrafted, no two creations will be exactly the same. If any piece breaks through normal wear and tear I will attempt to repair it for free (minus the cost of shipping). If I deem that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear or if the item is very difficult to repair, I will quote a cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, I will offer a discount on a replacement piece. If you are dissatisfied with a necklace or bracelet you may return it (less shipping) within 10 days of purchase for credit. jendy.net is not offering cash refunds. All earring purchases are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. If you need to return an item, please contact me before sending. I will also ask that you use a delivery method that is trackable.

My Ethics: I believe in supporting other artisans. Many times I will incorporate their blown glass beads into my jewelry. I am a strong proponent of recycling. More than likely, your jewelry will be sent in a used padded mailer. All gift boxes are made from recycled materials.

Payment & Shipping Information: At this time, I accept Money Orders and PayPal, with PayPal being the preferred form of payment. I am able to accept payments through PayPal. USPS - I have found the United States Postal Service to offer very good service. Normally all single items purchased from jendy.net require a $3.00 shipping fee. This fee includes delivery confirmation and first class postage in a recycled padded bubble mailer. If you order multiple items that increase the weight of the package, the postage charge will be higher. If you're unsure about receiving items that are not insured, I will gladly ship your item(s) insured. Just please be sure to include an additional $2.00 with your payment. I am not responsible for items that are lost in transit. If you're concerned, request postal insurance. All orders totaling $150 or more are shipped and insured free of charge.
